  • Be familiar enough with my style β€” I do not mimic others’ art styles

  • Character(s) requested for commission must have visual design already ; I do not do designs / frankensteining pieces to create one

  • Payment is to be made in full & upfront before starting commission

  • Turnaround time averages approx. 1-2 months ; Time will vary depending on outside responsibilities that require my attention

  • Refrain from commissioning me if you have an explicit timeframe you’re aiming for under the 1-2 months mentioned

  • If you'd like to rush a piece in under 1 month, rush fees begin at 2x the price points given

  • Credits are required when using (e.g as profile picture, banner, etc.)

  • Commissions are not first-come, first-serve basis; I accept requests based on how confident I feel I’m able to fulfill what’s being asked

  • Any art produced by me, regardless of whether done by leisure or commissioned, is not allowed to be minted for NFTs, nor permitted to contribute to AI engine learning purposes for AI generated images

  • All commissions, unless discussed first beforehand, are to be for personal use only

  • I take commissions on VGen & Ko-fi only (both take PayPal)

  • Ko-fi is used for skeb-like commissions (no consultation/review after making request) ; Client will receive the final product only

  • Payments are to be made upfront, in full

  • Typically, I will give a very rough sketch after the initial consultation before prompting for payment

  • Prices shown are base pricing only β€” adjustments will be made based on the complexity of the request

  • Refunds are only applicable if I’m unable to complete your request due to outside interference, or if you request for a refund before I begin the lineart

  • Refunds are not applicable if you commission me thru Ko-fi

  • All payments are final; no cancellations / chargebacks are permitted

PROCESS

  • I try to give a weekly progress report to clients on their request based on my availability

  • Edits / changes are only permitted during the sketching stage β€” any changes asked for thereafter will incur an additional fee

  1. Client presents request

  2. I offer a very rough sketch noting down the idea(s) given

  3. Client pays for commission within 24 hour timeframe after approving idea & receiving invoice

  4. I send client a cleaner sketch along with base color palette to be used

  5. Client may voice any more changes here before I begin working on lineart

  6. I deliver updates regarding lineart, base shading, and/or rendering before sending client final product

  7. Client will receive final product via Google Drive folder link containing: 1 PNG file with non-removable watermark for personal use, 1 PNG file with larger watermark for reposting on client’s social media

  8. Unless requested upon first consultation, a lower resolution cropped version of the commission will also be posted onto my social media & added to my portfolio

➒ changes can only be made to the commissioned piece only during the sketching stage - once i begin lining, changes cannot be made and only for colour palettes will i allow it.
